Supervise daily warehouse operations, stock control, and team management. Must have good coordination and inventory knowledge.

Responsible for scheduling and tracking deliveries, coordinating with drivers and clients. Must be organized and well-versed with route planning.

Communicate with customers to resolve shipment issues, updates, and feedback. Requires excellent communication and basic software knowledge.

Handle documentation, data entry, manifest generation, and support logistics operations. Requires proficiency in MS Office and fast typing.

Prepare dispatch orders, coordinate with drivers, and maintain delivery reports. Accuracy and deadline-oriented mindset required.

Analyze delivery timelines, cost metrics, and generate reports to improve logistics operations. Must have Excel and dashboarding knowledge.
